News on HS2 in Hillingdon

Work continues to take place at two sites in Breakspear Road South, one to the south and one to the north of the Chiltern line. This work involves digging trenches and laying the new pipe. Other work also involves creating two shafts at both sites.

However, Affinity Water will need to work 24 hours from Monday 3 December to Tuesday 4 December at the northern site and create a concrete plug at the base of the shaft. For further information you can view the notice that explains the works in more detail here .

This is all work site based and will not involve any traffic management.
